Reservations

2 night minimum - 1 night deposit

July & August Reservations

5 nights minimum - $300.00 deposit

Payment in full is required 3 weeks before arrival date. Credit Card or Cash Security Deposit is $300.00 Security deposit will be returned approx. 7 days after checking rental. If not clean, there will be a $35.00 charge. Please bring bed linens, towels, pots and pans. NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS are allowed in rental units Check-In is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check-Out is 12:00 pm (Family may stay on grounds until 2:00 pm)

Cancellation Policy for Rental Units

3 weeks or more notice for refund minus $50.00 per unit service charge. Less than 3 weeks notice receives NO refund or credit.
